Complete your NSW real estate CPD with Archer Institute. Choose the course that matches your licence category, understand your annual requirement and enrol with real human support.
Select the category that matches your NSW real estate licence. Each category has its own compulsory topics and hours set by NSW Fair Trading for the 2025–26 CPD year.
If you hold more than one licence category, you may need to complete the CPD requirements for each category. Contact Archer before enrolling so we can help confirm the correct course combination.
Assistant Agents and Certificate of Registration holders have different annual CPD requirements. Contact Archer so we can help you confirm what applies to your licence or certificate.
Strata Committee Member training is separate from licensed Strata Managing Agent CPD. Contact Archer to confirm current availability and the correct training option.

Your NSW CPD course depends on your licence category and area of practice. NSW Fair Trading sets compulsory topics for each licence category every year — there is no single CPD course that applies to all agents.
CPD requirements — including mandatory topics and hours — are set annually by NSW Fair Trading. Confirm your current obligation with NSW Fair Trading or call the Archer team on 1800 069 273.
NSW Fair Trading sets clear requirements for how compulsory CPD must be delivered. Understanding this before you enrol is important.
NSW CPD must be completed in an interactive training environment, either face-to-face or by interactive webinar. Self-paced online training is not accepted for NSW compulsory CPD. This has been a requirement since the 2025–26 CPD year.
Contact Archer for current NSW CPD session format, scheduled dates and enrolment support. Call 1800 069 273 or use the enquiry form at /contact/.
Class 1 licensees have an additional CPD obligation on top of their core category hours.
Class 1 licence holders (Licensees in Charge) have an additional requirement to attend a NSW Fair Trading accredited event for a minimum of 5 hours each CPD year. This is in addition to the core CPD hours that apply to your licence category. The accredited event requirement is separate from the category enrolment buttons on this page.
Archer works with agencies and principals to coordinate CPD for teams — supporting enrolments, tracking annual completions and helping keep staff on top of their training requirements each year.
Choose your licence category, view the compulsory topics and enrol directly — or contact the Archer team for enrolment support, session dates and any questions about your specific requirements.
