Who is This Program For?

It is specifically tailored for those who already hold an “appropriate higher education qualification” and are looking to meet the core training requirements necessary for FDRP accreditation.

This 6 core unit program is designed to complement existing qualifications and professional experience in fields closely aligned with family dispute resolution. Suitable students typically hold a degree or equivalent in one of the following areas:

  • Law

  • Psychology or Social Work 

  • Conflict Management, Mediation, or Dispute Resolution

By completing this program, students will be equipped with nationally recognized training that aligns with the requirements set under the Family Law Act 1975, preparing them to support families in navigating complex legal and emotional challenges post-separation or divorce.
